and hit close, then Scan Your Computer, then
Perform Complete Scan, follow prompts to get rid
of anything it finds.)

(Click the update tab, then update, and then go
back to the scan tab and hit full scan, follow
the prompts to get rid of anything it finds.

Download Manager(choose free or 30 day trial of Pro)

Piriform DeFraggler:

and hit Defrag on the bottom. MAY TAKE ABOUT

Piriform CCleaner:

(to clean all windows temp files, ie files, logs,
stuff you just dont want, ect. on the cleaner
tab/button make sure everything is checked
EXCEPT: Desktop Shortcuts, Custom Files and
Folders, and Wipe Free Space. When it asks you if
you are sure, hit yes and then RUN CLEANER.
To clean the registry, click the registry
button/tab and click SCAN FOR ISSUES, if/when it
finds errors click FIX SELECTED ISSUES, and hit
yes to save a backup somewhere safe[if anything
goes wrong after this you can double click this
file to undo what you do here] and then fix
issues. You can also hit the TOOLS tab/button
then go to STARTUP, and highlight the startup
program that you dont want or need[this will make
your computer start up faster] and hit disable.
Do NOT disable ctfmon.exe because it is a
required process.)
