(to clean all windows temp files, ie files, logs, stuff you just dont want, ect. on the cleaner tab/button make sure everything is checked EXCEPT: Desktop Shortcuts, Custom Files and Folders, and Wipe Free Space. When it asks you if you are sure, hit yes and then RUN CLEANER.
To clean the registry(lol a noob cleaner program in CCleaner), click the registry button/tab and click SCAN FOR ISSUES, if/when it finds errors click FIX SELECTED ISSUES, and hit yes to save a backup somewhere safe[if anything goes wrong after this you can double click this file to undo what you do here] and then fix issues. You can also hit the TOOLS tab/button then go to STARTUP, and highlight the startup program that you dont want or need[this will make your computer start up faster] and hit disable. Do NOT DISABLE RANDOM THINGS(ADVANCED USERS ONLY)!!)

CCleaner is software very similar to Registry Booster but the difference is ccleaner is a freeware software, i use ccleaner to remove temporary files with one click .ccleaner also have some interesting features like ‘tools’ and ‘Registry’
